Well known and regarded Meridian 565 preamp/processor available. Great addition to any surround sound system. Accepts one analogue inputs for internal ADA conversions/upscaling. Can be used as stereo DAC too. Can convert stereo input to 3 or 5 channel output (with or without sub by setting Type). Can also be used as source for speakers that accept digital input (by changing Type to Digital instead of Analogue output). Pairs with other Meridian 500 series units via C5 comms cable(s).

Cosmetically very good. Missing one of the four original small rubber feet but this is easily replaceable.

Does not come with remote but these are readily available on eBay (smaller or full MSR types available).
