A DIY Naim Hicap Power Supply Clone
Made by a trusted technical, customized 100w high-quality black cloth transformer, two KEMET 10000uf capacitors.
I have used it for five years and it works perfectly with my NAC32.5, NAC62 and NAP140.
In my system, it performs much better than Teddycap (I did a side-by-side comparison).
Come with a DIY 5-pin SNAIC cable made by CANARE L-4E6S.
A DIY 4pin DIN to 2 RCA connector that allows using your Naim preamp with any power-amp you like.
Currently, a Hicap costs 850AUD second-hand.
This offers a similar performance with 1/10 price.
Size : 14cm x 9cm x 31cm
weight: around 2 kg
Please note that it is a DIY product, there are some scratches on the surface, and apparently, it does not look like a fanncy product made by any audio factory.
