The Clamp-it utilises a clamp mechanism which you place around the centre of the spindle of your turntable.
Importantly, it does not add much weight, which is ideal for turntables with smaller bearings.
A tight connection between your record and the platter can remove unwanted distortion in the music. Only selling as I upgraded my turntable recently, and the turntable came with a dedicated record clamp.
