Questyle CM600i headphone amp with internal DAC.
Unfortunately, it does have the famous USB problem (it doesn't work) but I have bought a USB to optical cable, and it works perfectly with it. Coax/optical is working fine and headphone amp is working great (that's what I was mainly using it for) with an external DAC.
It does come with its original box and remote sorry didn't add to the pics.
