Bit of a long shot but I know there are some avid wine drinkers on the site.
This is a Solt brand from Good Guys purchased a couple of years ago. It is in excellent condition, has vibration and humidity control and dual climate zones (I have never measured the temperature to confirm the operation of those zones).
This model is the same as the ones currently sold by Kogan and Dick Smith which is probably not a great recommendation but it was worked flawlessly for me.
I have attached some stock photos so you can see the specs as well as how it looks with all 6 shelves (I took some out to fit in more bottles as all these fridges overstate their capacity with all shelves in place). I fit the 193 in with the 3 shelves in place. I have all 6 shelves.
