2 x JL Audio F113 subwoofers (gloss black finish)

These subwoofers are highly regarded for both HiFi and Home Theater use.  They provide tight and articulate bass with plenty of slam!  If you need convincing read these reviews (just 2 of many available):

I am the original owner of both subwoofers and they are provided with the manuals and calibration microphone if using the inbuilt calibration tool called ARO (I relied on external calibration for more comprehensive equalization).

Drivers have original foam surrounds that are in excellent condition and the power supply modules have been replaced on both subwoofers.  However the auto on capacitors have failed over time (an easy DIY fix) and is something that has not bothered me as I turn all my equipment on/off at the power point when being used.

One subwoofer has two very minor dents in the rear/ bottom edge that occurred when its power supply was replaced.  Being at the back and bottom of the subwoofer and being minor they are not noticeable in normal use. I have taken a photo of each dent.

The gloss black finish of the cabinets have very small/minor swirl marks over them.  I expect a quick and simple buff/polish would remove them but is something that has not bothered me.

These subwoofers rarely come up for sale because most owners know how good they are and as such are considered keepers.  The new F113 V2 is currently selling for $11K RRP.  The most recent F113s I have seen for sale had an asking price of $5K each (although I note that SNA has previously has some sold for prices that could be considered, IMHOJ, a bargain).

These are advertised at a price for the pair however I am willing to sell them separately (the subwoofer with the minor dents will be cheaper).

I do not have the original packaging so I am not willing to ship unless the buyer wants to organise that.  While relatively small in size they are heavy (over 50kg each!).

I am only selling these beauties as I am planning to reconfigure my bass/LFE system to be compatible with Trinnov’s forthcoming WaveForming technology.
