For sale is the system I have pieced together for 5.1 listening at home. It's a mix of what I could put together on a modest budget and in my limited experience performs quite well.
I have a Yamaha RXV4A as the amplifier which I have owned from new with no issues. It's in perfect condition and works as it should.
For L/R fronts I have some System Audio Saxo 50 speakers which were purchased with damaged bases. I had a friend make new bases out of timber, painted gloss black. They are not professionally done, but the speakers haven't fallen over so I'd say they work just fine.
The sub is a Paradigm PDR series. The center and rears are paradigm S7 Center / Atom monitors respectively.
Condition wise I would say they are fair. The Paradigm speakers have an issue with the front texture rubberising and holding onto dust, which I hear is fairly common. This can be seen with the grilles removed, so I've just kept the grills on. I've included an image that shows this.
I can also include stands and basic speaker cables.
Reason for selling is relocating interstate, new property won't have the space for a proper setup. With that said, I could be talked into a swap with cash adjustments either way for a soundbar.
Pick up is from Miranda, NSW. I have boxes for the Saxo 50 speakers and the RXV4A, but none for the center, sub or monitors.
I could be interested in selling separately, but given I don't want to deal with relocating half the stuff just to sell it later, I'd much prefer to sell together, and the price reflects this. You'd barely get the amp alone at this asking price.
