I'm listing my AM805M single ended monoblocks for sale. These are the current, Silver Edition with upgraded signal path wiring. They were purchased from Osborn Loudspeakers earlier this year and have only had light use since (less than 30 hours). Greg Osborn tells me that there are significant delays getting these into the country now, so this is your chance to pick up an "as new" set at a significantly reduced price. They look stunning and any marks in the photos are just dust or cleaning smudges.
They are a single ended design, producing 50W per channel, Pure Class A. I was using them to drive a set of PMC Fact 3 standmount speakers (89dB, 8 Ohms) and they sound amazing. They produce holographic imaging and a wide soundstage with great, well-controlled, base extension and natural tonality. They have a beautifully textured and quite detailed mid-range that conveys that "musician in the room" sound. They are brilliant! Further information is available on the AM Hiend site.
To tell the truth, I'm in two minds about selling these and am only considering doing so because they power my 2nd setup and are not getting used. I have the manuals and original boxes/packaging, so shipping will not be a problem, bearing in mind however that they weigh around 32kgs each. If you are Brisbane, then I will consider auditioning for serious buyers.
