Bose Smart Soundbar 900 , Black BNIB

The short of it - 

Selling the excellent Bose Soundbar 900 and it's brand new in box. Current RRP AUD995 . It's no longer required as I purchased the Bose Soundbar Ultra. 

Long Story - 

I purchased the soundbar 900 around Oct last year for the family area. And because we already have a proper HT setup in the lounge, the idea was for a simple one-box solution that looked good and performed well. It was between the Bose and Sonos Arc, but in the end I liked the centre channel level control, physical remote control and the minimilst classy look of the Bose. It was perfect until an issue with it, which Bose's excellent customer service promptly addressed and even organized the pick-up My bad luck, in got lost during transit (which I still can't believe can happen this day and age). After around 4-6 weeks they actually found in their courier's warehouse and it was then returned to Bose. I was obviously very unhappy but Bose quickly replaced it with a brand new unit with full 1-year warranty. 

Reason for selling - 

However while waiting for this to be resolved, I coulnd't resist but purchase their latest bar, the Soundbar Ultra which had just been released at that point.   (yes, the missus was completely unhappy).

To be frank, I'm still struggling to hear a difference between the 900 and the Ultra. Both have identical form factor, weight and driver count. If anything the 900 had a better remote where we could map preset numbers on the remote to radio stations, playlist etc.
