Made in Korea to an impeccable standard the Calyx Integrated amplifier completely changed my view on Class D. No harshness or dullness which I had been told to expect but the bass was exactly what I was hoping for. It is deep and with incredible control. Overall I would say it is a slightly warm amp. I bought this to tame the wooly bass on my Spendor BC3 and the insane damping factor did the job. As a bonus this is also a great sounding preamp, testing with other amps much of the character comes from the pre stage. Features an onboard USB DAC (calyx are best known for their DACs) for additional versatility. All original packaging manual etcs is available for shipping.
