CEC AMP3300R, this was the last of the series of CEC Amplifiers, with the round knob rather than the teardrop shaped one.
I imported these amps back in the 2000's and this is one I kept. It has had little use over the years, was set up to run speakers through a TV but only got run a few times a month when watching a movie!
Its in superb condition, basically unmarked case. Comes with factory remote, you can switch between inputs, mute and volume.
Has 3 RCA line inputs and one XLR line input, also tape loop.
Comes with factory box and all packaging in perfect condition.
These amps run the CEC LEF driver modules, a Class A driver stage. One of the plug in modules has been replaced last year due to developing a noise fault. The amp does get warm and should NOT be put into a cabinet, on an open rack or shelf with plenty of room is ideal as the case is fully sealed with heatsink on the back. It is not a pure Class A amp as such, it runs some clever circuitry from Carlos Candieas and biases into Class A, I would suggest reading up about the design.
Sound? these are really nice sounding amps, smooth and detailed but dynamic with good extension and bass, you would need to spend quite a few $$ these days to get a better sounding amp.
