For sale is my Chord Electronics BLU MkII Upscaling CD Transport, presented in excellent condition and complete with its original box, remote control, packaging and accessories.
The BLU MkII is far more than a reference CD transport. Incorporating Rob Watts' acclaimed M-Scaler technology, it features an FPGA with over one million taps, capable of upscaling CD audio to 705.6 kHz when partnered with compatible Chord DACs such as the DAVE. The result is an extraordinary level of realism, timing and musical engagement that has made the BLU MkII one of Chord Electronics' most celebrated digital source components. It can also function as a standalone high-performance digital upscaler for compatible external digital sources via its USB input.
This unit has been meticulously cared for, is in excellent cosmetic and operational condition, and has performed flawlessly throughout my ownership. It is only being offered for sale as I am changing the direction of my system.
