Creek OBH-8 mm phono preamp with upgrade OBH-2 regulated LPS. This combined setup retailed for over USD300 in the year 2000: you do the maths. I'm not pretending it competes with my much more expensive pre's but I will say its a great deal at this price.
Completely adequate for the likes of AT vm95en or Ortofon 2m blue; doesn't quite cover my Goldring 2300 or Dynavector homc DUH! Warm non fatiguing signature, midrange nuance exceptional at this level.
