I’m considering selling my Pioneer RT-707 reel to reel. Three years ago we moved into an apartment with smaller living area and this has been packed safely in storage since then due to space constraints. It feels like such a shame to leave an amazing machine like this sitting in storage.
This unit is in fantastic cosmetic condition and has been fully restored with a full recap and calibration.
The most important thing - heads are in great condition and show very little sign of use.
Aside from the full recap and calibration the unit is also supplied with a number of spare parts which will ensure it offers service well into the future.
It is supplied with a full spare head block including all heads in perfect condition which I sourced from the US serval years ago.
It also comes with a spare VU meter and a replacement tyre for the pinch roller.
These parts are getting hard to find so a great insurance policy.
