The Fostex BK125WB2 is a back‑loaded horn speaker enclosure designed for 5″ full‑range drivers, most commonly the Fostex FE126En. It is part of Fostex’s long‑running BK (Back‑loaded Horn) series, known for high efficiency, strong midrange projection, and classic single‑driver horn sound.
My pair are in immaculate condition and performing AS NEW, I have used them either side of my monitor for nearfield listening. I am the original owner. From a Non-Smoking, No Pet household.
With FE126En, sensitivity is typically 93–94 dB, making it ideal for:
SET amps
DHT amps
Low‑power tube amplifiers
Impedance: 8 Ω
Because it’s a horn enclosure with ~93–94 dB sensitivity, you only need 1–3 watts for normal listening and 5–10 watts for loud listening. 15 Watts Nominal 30 Watts Maximum.
