Reason for selling: I need the space, haven't used this processor in over 18 months since down grading to a Marantz AV 7706 to utilize its 7.1 channel analogue RCA inputs plus l want to use mono blocks to all channels and running out of real estate.

This current model Lexicon MC-10 pre-processor, one owner with very low hours, purchased from the Australian dealer in immaculate condition has had very little use as I have been concentrating on building my dedicated music room (stereo only as depicted in the attached photos) so the HT has been somewhat neglected over the years. Even after installing a second processor I rarely had the time to appreciate it as l was renovating the whole house.
I intended to mate the Marantz AV 7706 with 7.1 channel RCA analogue inputs with my OPPO Universal/Blu-ray Disc Players to take full advantage of the BDP-105D ESS Sabre 32 ES9018 Reference DAC and a UDP-205 ES9038 Pro DAC both with 7.1 channel RCA analogue outputs. Call me old school but I'm not really into full blown digital and have no inclination to go 11.2 channels with additional height speakers. However November last year, I decided go all out and focus on my home theatre entertainment room and up-grade the audio system from a Primare A30.5 to PS Audio Stellar M1200 for the fronts and M700 mono blocks all round and now seriously need more space to stack these amps and for component ventilation purposes. So my faithful under-used Lexicon MC-10 is now surplus to requirement and must go to make room.
