Magico S1 Mk1 Loudspeakers – Boxed, Excellent Condition
For sale is my pair of Magico S1 Mk1 loudspeakers, presented in excellent condition and complete with their original crates, packaging and accessories.
The S1 Mk1 represented a major milestone for Magico, bringing many of the technologies found in their flagship loudspeakers into a beautifully proportioned, full-range floorstanding design. Featuring Magico's renowned sealed enclosure, precision-engineered aluminium cabinet and beryllium tweeter, the S1 delivers an exceptionally transparent, natural and emotionally engaging listening experience.
What continues to impress me most is their ability to disappear completely into the room. Imaging is holographic, vocals are wonderfully lifelike, and bass is remarkably articulate and controlled for a speaker of this size. They reward high-quality electronics and reveal every improvement made upstream, yet remain musical and effortless for long listening sessions.
These speakers have formed part of a carefully assembled reference system comprising Chord Electronics digital components, PS Audio BHK 300 monoblocks and Nordost Frey 2 speaker cables. The synergy has been nothing short of outstanding.
