Marantz 1030. Mid-70s Japanese made amplifier. Some caps have been replaced over the years and it's in excellent working order. I have also had it checked over and serviced professionally before posting this listing to give peace of mind. Happy to audition as well of course.
Great sound, great looks, excellent functionality. Tape loop, phono, tone controls, loudness, high filter and headphone output.
I've tried a few of the comparable amps from Pioneer and Sansui and always preferred this one for sound and functionality. Only selling as my listening set up has considerably downsized and I'm using a much smaller footprint now.
There's a scratch on the faceplate (to the right of the "Model 1030" on the pics" and one of the speaker terminal buttons is missing (top left one in the second pic, doesnt affect functionality at all). Some wear to b expected from a 50 year old
