Mark Levinson No5101 SACD/Streamer/DAC (RRP $11,900)

Further Information: Mark Levinson No. 5101 SACD/CD, Network Streamer, DAC in perfect, unmarked condition.

Comes with all original packaging, boxes, manuals, and remote.

This unit has been used primarily as a DAC with its Precision Link II performing as well as many/most standalone DACs IMO.

Rarely used as a SACD/CD player, but the results here are outstanding, especially on SACD.

I have a separate streamer so has never been used for streaming purposes.

Two and a half years years old with 5 year warranty, this player was purchased new by me from a Melbourne retailer (receipt available on request).

Highly praised in reviews including StereoNet's Mark Gusew: "The company’s engineers have gone to great lengths to keep the noise floor as low as possible, with five individual power supplies for the DAC chip alone – while four more (two per channel) provide power for the analogue output stage. The unit itself has two main sources of power.
