12V (up to) 5Amp high quality linear power supply. Could be used for Chord Hugo TT2, or: "Suitable for small music servers, NAS drives and Macbooks and Mac Minis. The new Chord MScaler will also work very well with this new power supply." Do your own research to figure out what you could use it to power. It is of course a 240V unit. "A new design fully regulated linear power supply in custom designed casework suitable for up to 5 amps current draw. Standard configuration is 12V DC output."
See attached for more info. These are only available from the UK via mail order. RRP in UKP translates to A$1,060. HOWEVER.... you'd then need to factor in mail, and a 10% GST.... so cost to you would be maybe 15% higher.
I have a suitable box, and it can easily be safely packed and shipped..... but pretty hefty at over 5kgs!
