I'm considering regretfully letting this go to a worthy home. It is the Michael Fidler, Spartan 5, MM preamp which in all honesty is the best MM amp I have heard below my Ifi Iphono3 (I've tried plenty!). I purchased it in July and my glowing review can be found on Michael's site. This is Michael's entry level amp and on the strength of its performance I have decided to go higher up in his inventory "just cos" any better will be amazing. Michael gives individual test results, hope my photography allows you to read them: incredible in comparison to anything comparable on the market. It is the faintest touch warm and has quality nuance and detail way above its price.
