This device - designed by Hugh 'Mr AKSA' Dean - introduces some 2nd harmonic distortion into the signal.
So it's useful for those power amps (Class AB or D) which have a 'dry' character. 3 levels of H2 can be selected.
Powered by an external Bosch 18v AC wall-wart transformer; this is unique in that mains earth is passed through to the output plug - allowing the case to be earthed (so that external RFI doesn't get inside the case).
