These sought after, Neat Acoustic SX3i speakers are hand built in the UK and have a serious audiophile following worldwide and don’t need to be played at full volume to expose the inner musical detail because they were designed to give engaging performances at all volumes, including loud.
An integrated isobaric subwoofer provides accurate, deep bass capable of explosive power when needed, but they are also ideal if you live in an apartment and enjoy music.
Unfortunately, my listening area is 5m x 15m with a fully tiled floor and large windows but they can fill that space using a small D class Hypex amplifier module, with powerful results.
You don’t need an expensive amplifier to get great results and they sound even better with a bit of grunt.
This model had a limited run and has been replaced by more expensive models with fewer performance attributes.
Purchased from from a Sunshine Coast dealer at Buddina, but their main market is the UK and Europe.
