For sale is a Parasound HCA-2200 stereo power amplifier.
Designed by John Curl, this amplifier features a dual-mono architecture that delivers 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 385 watts into 4 ohms. It is built to drive demanding speaker loads with solid control and authority. This unit is fully operational, making it a great option for anyone who likes vintage HiFi gear. Please note it does not come with its original factory packaging.
My Experience Using It:
This unit has plenty of headroom and excellent grip over the speakers. It delivers a solid, powerful sound and handles demanding dynamic tracks effortlessly. It is a very capable performer if you need serious power for a system.
Item Condition: In very good condition. It has been lightly used in a smoke-free environment, but please note there is no original box or packaging included.
Reason for Selling: Downsizing my setup; I no longer have the space to accommodate a component of this size.
Shipping/Pickup: Strictly Local Pickup Only from Melbourne Cheltenahm due to the ~27.2 kg weight and lack of packaging.
At $650, it is priced low strictly for a local sale and to reflect the lack of original packaging.
