Further Information: Selling a Pioneer SX-408 AM/FM Stereo Receiver (circa 1980) in beautiful condition. It operates exactly as it should with a gorgeous front panel and black metal cover which is almost faultless. Conservatively rated at 15 watts per channel RMS into 8 ohms with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20KHz. It also has a very nice MM Phono stage for vinyl playback. Tuner sensitivity is excellent, even without an antenna. All of these Pioneer SX series receivers are becoming extremely difficult to come by so picking up an excellent example like this would be a great investment as well as great listening.
