This listing is for the sale of my PS Audio DirectStream PerfectWave DAC with Bridge II in black.
I purchased the DAC brand new in July 2020 and it's been housed in a dedicated equipment rack ever since. The condition is truely like new, and the DAC is supplied with all the original accessories including the packaging, handbooks, the remote, unused white cotton gloves, power lead etc.
It is running the latest Sunlight firmware and comes with the optional Network Bridge II fitted which opens up the DAC to be a networked streamer allowing you to use Roon, connect to a NAS / computer audio, access thousands of internet radio stations, all with bit perfect resolution of up to 192kHz at 24bits. The Network Bridge II cost $1,540 alone!
This is one of the most highly rated DAC's of all time, and it has won many many awards. It is especially rated for its analogue, organic, and musical sound qualities, which is what drew me to it in the first placed, and after getting it I've never wanted for anything else.
You can't buy this model new anymore, and the current top of the range DAC from PS Audio now retails for $13,995!

It’s the end of the long and winding road for my HiFi journey that started nearly 40 years ago when I purchased my first CD player (a Philips CD104). I’m now hanging up my interconnects and planning another journey which actually involves travel, yes I’m planning for my approaching retirement and am going to be joining the Grey Nomads!
Consequently, I’m selling my complete setup, and one that achieved my objectives of being musical, engaging, and that effortlessly allows me to enjoy any type of music, and any quality type of recording. It's been no easy feat!
