A pair of PSB Imagine XB Bookshelf Speakers AND a matching Image C4 Centre Speaker, all in Black Ash Finish.
Good sensitivity & easy to drive.
All have a threaded insert for wall mounting if required.
The XBs were used as stereo speakers in a 2-channel system where space was limited. Performance and bass extension is remarkable for their size and I was really happy with the choice. I had planned to use them as surrounds in the new home, so bought the C4 Centre to match, but the minister of the interior said the XBs are too big to hang on a wall.
Imagine XB: Rear Ported Bookshelf speakers. 5.25” clay/ceramic reinforced polypropylene Mid-Woofer & 1” Titanium Dome Tweeter.
55-23,000Hz +/-3dB. 8 Ohms Nominal Impedance & 89dB Sensitivity.
The threaded inserts on the rear were added by me.
These speakers could easily be used as either front mains or rear speakers in a multi-channel system.

Cone materials in the C4 are identical to those in the Imagine XB, providing an ideal timbre-match in a multi-channel setup.

There are two minor cosmetic issues with this speaker. The epoxy 'PSB' logo on the grille is missing and there is a tiny dent in the tweeter dome which does not effect the sound. Both of these are shown in the photos.
Pickup available from Macclesfield, VIC, or from my workplace in Rowville. (Auditioning not possible in Rowville).
Also happy to deliver within Eastern suburbs of Melbourne if required for some fuel money, & possibly further afield by mutual arrangement.
