I bought this to try while I waited for an ayon unit to be shipped to me.
It has been a lovely preamp to live with. The design of the remote alone is almost worth the price!
The sound was a significant improvement in my system compared with using my RME dac as a pre. Much deeper soundstage, more air, solid bass.
