Purchased in Japan, the 727A energizer has been wired to 240v, so you can use in Australia without any problem. It is the same as SRM-727 Mark II, just 100v by default.
Both units come with full set of accessories, papers and original packaging.
The headband has wears at the joint due to resting on the headphone stand for too long, but it wont break or feel loose, you can buy a replacement for 100 USD from Stax.
Otherwise the headphone is in good condition, I always keep it dust free with the cover.
