Selling my Refurbed Technics SUV6 New Class A Integrated amp 70wpc into 8ohm or 80wpc into 4 ohms that I purchased new from Tivoli Hi FI back in the early to mid 80's.
It had been in storage for decades After I purchased a Hafler DH 220 Power amp and DH 100 pre that I'm still using the power ramp to this day and I decided out of nostalgia to dust it off only to find ( no surprises here that it was not working as it was when stored).
So off to Mark at Sonic Art to do his magic and do a complete service and recap using hi quality caps and components.
As it was from the golden era of Japanese audio it punches above its weight, It was highly regarded in it's day and at this price I think it would be hard to best even with today's gear at this price and then some and of course it will likely out last modern equipment by many years as this as with vintage Japanese gear was over built to last.
It Also has MC and MM phono input that Mark said was very decent.
PS tried to correct Model number in header but couldn't work it out. It's a SU V6 model.
