I would rate Thorens Td124 mk2 with SME3012r as one of the best vintage turntable I have listenned.
I have owned Garrard 301 with Ikeda IT-407 arm and Technics 1200G and the Thorens performance is just on the better side, music just flows that is excellent for jazz vocal and also quiet enough for classical
This is highly collectable piece. Price is firmed as I have spent much more to put those together and lots of time to make them sound great
