Turntable with or without tonearm

I'm looking for a turntable between 10k to 20k

Must be able to accommodate two tonearms, one of which will be a 12" arm. I'm open to purchasing either the turntable alone or a package with a tonearm, however any included arm would need to be of sufficiently high effective mass to pair well with Koetsu cartridges.
