Selling preloved vintage VAF speakers and subwoofers. Selling due to upgrading to a far more expensive system to which these still compare well to.
DC-X speakers
The covers are in bad condition, some cosmetic damage to lower woofer surrounds as well due to cats. Did not notice this one bit in the sound they still reproduce. Drivers and covers can be replaced at VAF for approx $500. Custom prints on the covers can be had if desired which is why I haven’t replaced them, more than happy to deal with the cover and driver replacement before sale.
VAF SW19 transmission line subwoofers
Over 12 feet of channels inside each sub. These sound incredible, very hard to find a comparable design today. They have recently had the 350w plate amps replaced and have been upgraded to have a plate amp in each subwoofer. The plate amps would have seen maybe 10 hours if that since being replaced.
