Here I have a pair of iconic Yamaha NS-1000M monitors on custom sub-bass box stands.
The passive bass reflex boxes run 8 inch Aluminium cone SEAS woofers in downfiring configuration.
Many folk complain about the Yams not producing enough deep bass. These certainly do. Impedance is now 4 ohm nominal.
Everything in excellent working order and sound awesome. The Yams have recapped crossovers and are a matching pair.
Cosmetically the Yams have some scratches, and dents, but the bass boxes are new. Will not separate
